Returns Policies

You can return your purchase within 14 days from the delivery day. For customs matters, returns made from a different country than the delivery address will be automatically cancelled. The right to withdrawal can exclusively be exercised by the buyer. Those who received the purchase as a gift cannot exercise the same right. The integrity of the product is the essential condition for the right to withdrawal. Orders will not be refunded if the purchased goods result to be used, worn, without label or unpacked.

ARRANGEMENTS AND TIME FOR REFUND

The returned items are delivered to the logistics provider appointed to assess the conditions of the same items as fast as possible. Arrangements and time for refunds might vary, within limits in force, according to the payment method chosen while ordering: if you paid via credit card or PayPal refund will be executed writing the original payment off in 7 business days from the receipt of the returned item (you can expect the refund to appear on your credit card in about 5-6 days, as it depends on the arrangements established with the credit card provider)

RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS

In order to start a return request, send an e-mail to [email protected] detailing the typology and the number of the goods and the reasons for returning them. Then, wait for our answer. Remember: the returned goods must be intact as just delivered, including the barcode label and any other seal that belongs to the goods. Products with a tampered and / or removed warranty seal cannot be returned. At the moment no exchange is provided. However, you can return an item (and be refunded) and purchase another item (regardless the refund has been completed or not).
